Belarus and the internet: Beyond the misunderstanding, still a web under control

He is a political analyst and historian based in Bordeaux, France. He is specialized in Central and Eastern Europe, with a particular focus on Belarus, Romania and Moldova as well as Abkhazia. He has graduated a BA in Law and Political Science in Lyon, an MA in Political Science as well as an MA in History in Bordeaux. He currently teaches in Secondary School and is regularly contributing to several online European magazines and foundations in English and French. Last, but not least, he is regularly interviewed by US Voice of Russia either on the current French situation or the relations between France, EU, Belarus and Russia.
