In The Blush Of MLK DAY: The Back Of The Bus Still Exist
January 20th, 2017Speaking up is an uncommon valor. Sometimes that valor garners an award. Most often, that valor garners a push back, a slap down even a ban.
Look the person speaking up why they do “it”, they will answer “because it is wrong.”
Ask the person speaking up if they will do it again, they will answer, without skipping a beat, “without a hesitation,” without a headline being sought, just because they were witness to a too common wrong moreso done in a corporation with a public statement against hate.
Uncommon valor speaks up because they are born “watchers.” The Hebrew word is “shomer”, someone who stands guard for others who have no voice, for those whose hours are cut back so they earn less than $500 a week, $14 or less than new employees coming on board getting paid more, unable to make ends meet with two+ jobs, receiving write ups by new managers attempting to force the employee to sign the report, managers that want to remove bad write ups from online…. Watchers, Shomer, Shomeret.
Three ancient letters from an alphabet that tells the story of the world, “SHIN”, stands on one point; “MEM”, stands on a solid footing; “RESH” stands on one point, Hebrew letters that teach the lesson that between two lies sits the truth that cannot be pushed over, a simple lesson taught from a culture that knows the cost and price of racism.
Six million gone. Because no one stood up. No one said “no.”

So, the customer spoke up against this corporation that does have a stated policy against racism, has a corporate funded program teaching youth to fight racism and poverty yet racism continues in the blush of the nation’s annual event honoring Dr. Martin Luther King.
Let us be clear, corporations are not prejudiced.
People are.
People that populate corporations are the ones to finger for hate, subtle, quiet, covert. And, when a customer stands up for employees fighting to keep a job that may have become, under new management, let a job in which hours less than a living wage are being cut? It is people that send ‘cover the corporate #*& letter on corporate stationery, not the corporations.
In the New World Order, very little is secret or unable to be found. A quick online search produced hits including a law firm having filed a class action suit against the corporation in California alleging the firm “discriminates against African American & Latino workers.”
East Coast, West Coast….. the official customer ban language alleges “dissatisfaction”. Yes. Against a firm that contrary to online belief is not color blind in the blush of MLK Day, 2017.
“SHIN”, “MEM,” “RESH”, “SHOMER”, “Watcher.”

In the blush of MLK’s day, on the same date, 1-17-1987, when hundreds of Ku Klux Klan members and supporters disrupt a “brotherhood anti-intimidation march” through all white Forsyth County, GA, things just don’t add up. On the same day, Secret Service settled an ages old discrimination lawsuit for $24 million to avoid the cost of litigation, to put the matter “behind” them, things just don’t add up. At a time the outcome of the 2008 California class action suit against FedEx is, so far, unknown, things just don’t add up, because the back of the bus has not been erased, the back of the bus still exists……

President Obama Released 104 Felons, While Wall Street Criminals Hang Lose

1.PRESIDENT OBAMA 10-6-2016 COMMUTANT (July 25, 2006) Anthony Anderson – Trenton, TN Southern District of Indiana Sentence: 240 months’ imprisonment; 10 years’ supervised release Offense: Conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and to distribute in excess of 50 grams of a mixture or substance containing cocaine base, and in excess of five kilograms of a mixture or substance containing cocaine;
FINRA/NASD ENFORCEMENT (NASD Case #20050017770-02) (July 2006) Suzette Marine Francis (CRD #4305137, Registered Representative, Queens, New York) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver and Consent in which she was barred from association with any NASD member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the findings, Francis consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that she forged public customers’ signatures on banking applications, including credit card applications and applications for lines of credit. The findings stated that Francis failed to respond to NASD requests for information.

FINRA/NASD ENFORCEMENT (July 2009) (FINRA Case #2007008208701) David Supercinski (CRD #11 254 10 , Registered Representative, Aledo, Texas) was named as a respondent in a FINRA complaint alleging that he forged customers’ signatures to variable annuity applications and other documents without their prior knowledge or consent. The complaint alleges that, without the customer’s prior knowledge or consent , Supercinski falsified documentation, which resulted in an unauthorized transfer of assets and in the purchase of a variable annuity for a customer, where he was identified on the variable annuity statement as the representative. The complaint also alleges that Supercinski failed to respond to FINRA requests for information and documents , and to appear for an on-the-record interview .

Hunt (CRD #4304579, Registered Representative, Greenville, North Carolina) submitted an Offer of Settlement in which he was barred from association with any NASD member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the allegations, Hunt consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that he effected transactions in public customers’ accounts without their prior knowledge or authorization. The findings stated that Hunt failed to respond to NASD requests for information.

FINRA/NASD ENFORCEMENT (March 2004) (NASD Case #C07040010) Dave Randall Smith (CRD #4151393, Registered Representative, Merritt Island, Florida) submitted a Letter of Acceptance, Waiver, and Consent in which he was barred from association with any NASD member in any capacity. Without admitting or denying the allegations, Smith consented to the described sanction and to the entry of findings that he made improper use of public customers’ funds given to him for investment purposes.

FINRA/NASD ENFORCEMENT (October 2007) (FINRA Case#20 05002 593 0) ,Carolyn Sue Everhard (C RD #2344119, Registered Representative, Cincinnati, Ohio) Was barred from association with any FINRA member in any capacity. The sanction was based on findings that Everhard received $6,400 from a public customer for investment purposes and converted the funds to her own use and benefit without the customer’s knowledge, authorization or consent. The findings stated that Everhard failed to fully Respond in a timely manner to FINRA requests for information.
