When politics has collapsed, and no good expectations are seen on the horizon, especially given the bad economic situation, the political leadership clings to disputable expectations, presenting illusions for the reality. Russia has appeared in a tough economic and financial isolation, sanctions persist, oil prices go down though oil is a controllable resource to a significant extent.

It is hard to believe that the changes in the global energy situation took place without a political order. Moreover, there is an opinion that all of Russia’s exports resources are under control and cannot avoid the necessary resolution. It would not be an exaggeration to say that Russia dies and is still floating thanks to the reserves accumulated formerly.

It is necessary to avoid this situation as soon as possible, and the Islamic State was a “gift” for Russia, and it is trying to become involved in the problems of the West, become the partner of the Western community by way of interfering in these affairs. This is being done at the price of the security of Russia and its vassals which are anticipating threats.

What is Putin trying to achieve in this situation, especially from the terrorist attacks in Paris. The Islamic State is a well-made plan and is implemented in several ways, with the help of Saudi Arabia, its satellites, as well as Turkey and Israel.

These states are rather comfortable under the conditions of the war in the Near East, and their attempts at expressing concerns through different statements and declarations are false. The United States cannot let this situation without control and it has distinct intentions. In addition, the Americans were able to involve the entire Western community in this big game, including NATO in the first place.

Only one stakeholder is left, Iran which is allegedly ready to accept Russia’s actions in Syria. However, Iran cooperates with Russia with a rather limited format, and there can be no word about the alliance. The Russians have cheated the Iranians for many times, and this is enough for forming a habit of lack of confidence in Russia. In addition, it is not only emotion but also political experience.

However, the negative aspect of Iran’s attitude to Russia is not limited to this. Iran understands why the Russians entered the Near East. It is not for an independent game but for imposing their partnership on the West and thereby having the sanctions lifted. Tehran does not consider this a “fair play” or a game worth confidence.

The Iranians think Russia must do its job and leave. Everything is clear with Turkey which Russia stakes on as a close partner. Turkey thinks that its friendship with the Russians is possible to the extent it favors Turkey. Turkey is viewing Russia as a state in a disaster which must obey its elder partner, Turkey, which can make the way for the Russians to the Western world.

And what will the West do?

A few months ago the western experts wondered how expected Russia’s intervention in Syrian developments is possible. In addition, they asked with an expectation, understanding that thus a rather favorable situation may occur when Russia will appear in the status of a new “Afghanistan”.This can be considered a top notch expression of Western policy, and one needs to keep the Russians in this situation as long as possible.

The expressions of dissatisfaction with the presence of the Russians in Syria are just a pretense. According to this idea, the Russians must be let drowned in their own blood. In regard to Russia, a favorable situation has occurred for the West, which is seen as identical to the threat of radical Islamism. This is the stance of the West.

They have a similar attitude to the fate of the vassals of the Russians similarly, in other words, the CSTO members, especially those ones whose soldiers are killed with Russian weapons at the Azerbaijani border. The terrorist attacks in Paris give Putin a hope that he will be involved in international politics, not only him but also his country.

The Russians are using their propaganda to demonstrate humanism and compassion. In reality, this is only cynicism and indifference, all worries are about their own tours. It turns out that Putin is interested in these attacks.
